Privacy notice

This is a draft of the Kibbles privacy notice (version draft-1). The final notice, including the name and contact of our data protection officer, will replace it before Kibbles opens to the public.

What we collect

Your email, password (stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider), mobile number for SMS alerts, your business details, the documents or photos you send to verify your business, and the lists, bids and orders you make on Kibbles.

How your lists are shared

When a pet business posts an order list, suppliers who deliver to its region see the list, the area, the kind of business and its size, without its name, address or contact. A supplier sees those only after it accepts an award from that business.

Your verification documents

Permits, certificates, store photos and receipts are stored privately. Only the Kibbles team can see the photos and receipts you send to verify your business.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and to delete your account.
